Our policy lasts 18 days from the original order date. If 18 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund (store credit) or exchange.
All jewelry, accessories, and sale items are final sale.

After starting a return authorization, you will receive return shipping instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted that are under our discretion.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 18 days after delivery is not eligible for a return.
Refunds (store credit)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in form of a store credit.
Sale items are final.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item we suggest doing so quickly and sending us an email at email@example.com due to sizes selling out.
